Brio® Single Run is right on track

Brio has developed a wide range of fixings for both exterior and interior sliding doors in its Single Run portfolio.

Brio's Single Run system is a precisely engineered top hung system available in a number of weight capacities. The range includes hardware for internal and external applications for both domestic and commercial applications.

Single Run can cope with top hung sliding doors from lightweight 60kg interior doors to 650kg leviathons suitable for rugged agricultural applications.

For example, Single Run 60 is suitable for a single door or for two doors on a bi-parting installation for doors up to 60kg in weight. The design features a four-wheeled hanger and clip-on hanger plate design for easy installation and adjustment making it an ideal choice for room dividers and cavity slider/pocket door applications. Nylon tyred wheels with ball race hangers provide quiet, smooth running. Additionally, Single Run 80 panels can slide parallel to each other to suit almost any configuration.

Single Run 100 Zero Clearance is a particular favourite with architects as it’s hardware allows minimal gaps between the door panel and hardware, offering a pleasing aesthetic finish on floor to ceiling installations.

Single Run 120 is designed for interior and exterior sliding shutters and doors up to 120kg in residential or light commercial sites. The cast stainless steel hangers make this a durable solution for high traffic areas and have impressive corrosion resistance.

Single Run 180 is arguably the most versatile of the Brio straight sliding systems. The 180kg panel capacity can accommodate an aluminium-framed panel 2.5m x 2.5m with 10mm thick glass on a single track or parallel to another panel. Single Run 180 is suited to both internal and external residential, commercial and light industrial applications.

Single Run 200 is a top hung galvanised steel sliding door track system suitable for commercial, industrial and agricultural applications. The use of structural aluminium in a track with a 3mm wall enables Single Run 250 to cope with 250kg loads – the wheels used in straight sliding 250 increase in size in an industrial interior/exterior setting, too

All Brio Single Run Architectural Systems offer quiet finger-tip control through the combination of track profile, precision bearings and nylon tyred wheels.

In 2010 Brio opened a UK subsidiary based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, Brio RMD (UK). Today Brio is represented in over 20 countries and is recognised by architects around the world as a leading design and manufacturing company.
